The rolex learning center

I went to visit the politecnic of Lausanne, is also called the rolex learning center because it funded the half of the project.
On the inside you can see a library, auditorium, restaurants and cubic to study in private. The design was inspired by the way the human walks, because we don't walk straight... we bounce a little. Also it plays with appearing and disappearance from the surround.
The architecs were Kazuyo Sejima/Ryue Nishizawa
One of the most incredible things were that the structure was built in only one weekend and all the organization behind was perfect.
The rolex building recives more tourist and photographers around all the world, than students. that's why there is no problem with the entrance.
Also for being a public school, if you are swiss is for free!
...how far we are from this...

see ya!
